How Télécom Paris Is Working to Create a Safer Campus

Françoise Schlotterer and Zachary Oberg are the respect and equality liaisons at Télécom Paris. They discuss their role, which is to promote a positive living environment on campus for all groups that interact on a daily basis. The four main areas of their work are listening and providing support; raising awareness and offering training on discrimination, particularly gender-based and sexual violence; and conducting an annual survey on these topics; to raise awareness of the helpline and reporting service.
