Useful informations

Entry is via the school reception (main entrance of Télécom Paris) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 8pm.

-All students who have registered on the database of Télécom Paris, whose badges have current access rights, can enter with those (students of the Institut Mines-Telecom and IP Paris). The badge is non-transferable and can only be used for one person.

-People from other schools and universities are allowed entry into the CRDN under the condition that they leave their student card or professional badge from their establishment at the reception or at the central security office. In exchange, a visitors badge, on a lanyard, will be given to them at the entry to the campus.

-Other external visitors are allowed entry. In exchange for a piece of identity, a visitors badge on a lanyard, will be given to them at the entry to the campus.

At 8pm, the receptionist will leave their desk and transfer the badges and the documents to the central security office. For those leaving after 8pm, they can recover what they have left, at the central security office.

Users of Telecom Paris

• Present a valid student card or professional badge
• Entry badge
• Failure to present valid proof will mean that procedures for external visitors will be implemented.

External visitors

• Present a piece of identity
• Register via the QR code (essential information)
• Return the visitor badge when leaving the site. Un-returned badges will be reported immediately

Controls

• On entry to the site (PC Security): verification of identity, release and recovery of badges
• At the CRDN: presentation of a valid badge at the library reception
• Card or badge TP
• Visitor badge for the external visitors
• Access will be refused if no valid proof is submitted.
