Maxime Di Folco is an Assistant Professor at the Information Processing and Communications Laboratory (LTCI) at Télécom Paris. He was appointed as part of the Tenure Track IP Paris program supported by the interdisciplinary Engineering for Health (E4H) center, he brings expertise in AI for medical imaging. He develops multimodal AI methods for diagnostic or prediction of diseases, particularly in oncology and cardiology.
Research activities :
My research focuses on multimodal AI, specifically the integration of medical imaging and clinical data, with applications in cardiology and breast cancer. The goal is to enhance intelligence for robust clinical decision support, aiming to improve the reliability, generalizability, and fairness of AI-based clinical models.
