Visit by a student’s delegation from SJTU Paris Elite Institute of Technology (SPEIT)

speit-visit-2026
Télécom Paris had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of students and staff members from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Paris Elite Institute of Technology (SPEIT)*, on July 7, 2026. This visit offered participants an opportunity to visit our campus and to explore the academic and research mobility opportunities of Télécom Paris, with a particular focus on the MSc in Engineering program.

This visit was organized as part of the SPEIT Summer Camp, which includes a 3-week French language course and visits to the campuses of the 4 French engineering schools in the SPEIT* program. The group consisted of first-year students from the SPEIT curriculum.

During their time on campus, students were introduced to various aspects of life at Télécom Paris. Accompanied by representatives from the International Office, the group toured key facilities: patio, main lecture hall, library, and e-lab. The program also included a presentation on the different mobility options available at Télécom Paris: exchange programs, double degrees, internships, and PhD pathways. An international student from the BDE (student office) also presented the school’s associations and clubs.

This immersive visit offered a concrete glimpse into Télécom Paris campus life and into the many opportunities offered to SPEIT students. We look forward to maintaining strong ties and continuing to welcome students from the SPEIT joint program in the future. In the meantime, we are excited to greet the 8 students who have already been admitted to join our MSc in Engineering program this fall. We also wish our 7 students heading to SPEIT in Shanghai, including 3 double degree students, all the best for their upcoming academic journey!
