Télécom Paris welcomes its new cohort of international engineering students
03 September 2025
In the coming weeks, we will also host new international students enrolled in Post-Master’s programs and in the Master’s degrees offered by the Institut Polytechnique de Paris and run by Télécom Paris. International PhD students, meanwhile, are admitted throughout the year.
The new engineering students were welcomed by the International Relations Department, the Student Union, and the Alumni Association. In the evening, they attended the official opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 academic year. It featured, this year, welcome speeches from Patrick Olivier, Director of Télécom Paris since March 2025, Bertrand David, Dean of Studies, representatives of the Student Union, and an inspiring address from Thomas Auguste, Alumni Association member.
Their integration week includes campus tours, registration procedures, academic information sessions, and social activities. The week will culminate with the Integration Weekend (WEI) organized by the Student Union. In addition, language and cultural activities are planned to foster exchanges between French and international students.
International engineering students join Télécom Paris through selective double-degree partnerships, exchange programs, and competitive entrance exams. This year’s cohort represents…
- Asia: China, Singapore
- Africa & Maghreb: Cameroon, Mali, Morocco, Senegal, Togo, Tunisia
- Europe: Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania
- Americas: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay
- Middle East: Lebanon, Turkey
This vibrant community reflects the strong international outlook of Télécom Paris, a member of Institut Mines-Télécom and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris.
We wish all our new students an excellent academic year and a truly enriching international experience!
