LIA-PIQ: The Photonics and Quantum Alliance

By combining the expertise of Laval University in Quebec and Télécom Paris, the LIA-PIQ adds a new dimension to an already well-established scientific collaboration. This international laboratory strengthens research into quantum photonics, whilst promoting training, innovation and industrial applications.
Quantum technologies are set to transform digital infrastructure, secure communications and detection systems. By partnering with Laval University (Quebec, Canada) to create the first International Associated Laboratory – Photonics for Quantum Innovation (LIA-PIQ), Télécom Paris is taking a new step forward by bringing together complementary expertise in quantum photonics and its applications.
