Augustin Vanrietvelde is an Assistant Professor at Télécom Paris, within the joint Inria-Télécom Paris Quriosity group.
He studied theoretical physics at École Polytechnique and École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, then did an MRes in quantum information at Imperial College London.
His PhD was carried out at the Quantum Group of the University of Oxford, supervised by Jonathan Barrett and Giulio Chiribella. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the ENS Saclay’s Quacs group before joining Télécom Paris in 2023.
