Eléonore Genest is a CNRS research engineer, she is working in the INTERACT team at Télécom Paris. She manages the Design Studio and the Observation Lab.

She has a master degree in social sciences of the EHESS and a master degree in spanish language, litterature and civilization, of the Sorbonne Nouvelle. She did an exchange year in the Complutense University of Madrid and a research internship in the Sherbrooke University, Quebec, Canada, in the Geomatics Department.

Previously, she was working in the National Marine Museum of Paris and was also a research engineer in Paris Nanterre University, in the Transagri project. She also was a research assistant in the CIVIC ACT 2 project.

Research activities

She is interested in the analysis of text corpus and to cartographic representation of statistical and geographical data.
