Mirjam Weilenmann joined QURIOSITY at Télécom Paris, France, as an Inria researcher (CRCN) in February 2025. She received her PhD in 2017 from the Department of Mathematics at the University of York, UK, under the supervision of Roger Colbeck, for which she was awarded the Kathleen Ryan Prize. She was then a postdoctoral researcher and Lise Meitner Fellow at the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information (IQOQI) in Vienna, Austria, in the group of Miguel Navascués. She then had a position as an Ambizione Fellow and junior group leader at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, in the theory group led by Nicolas Brunner.
