Télécom Paris is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and an initial exchange agreement with the Lebanese American University (LAU), marking the start of an academic & research collaboration between these two respected institutions.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) lays the foundations for a partnership that will promote cooperation in research, knowledge exchange, student academic mobility and laboratory placements between Télécom Paris and the Lebanese American University. Through this partnership, the two institutions intend to promote academic excellence, cultural diversity and cutting-edge research in the field of digital technologies.

The Lebanese American University is ranked among the top universities in Lebanon for the quality of its School of Engineering, its research and for its employability rate (Times Higher Education WUR ranking 2024, QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2022).

Under this MoU, Télécom Paris is pleased to announce the conclusion of a first exchange agreement that will offer non-degree mobility between the School of Engineering at LAU (SOE) and the Télécom Paris engineering degree (diplôme d’ingénieur). This agreement will enable participants to follow high quality courses or carry out laboratory internships and to acquire intercultural skills that will be very useful in their future careers.

This MoU and exchange agreement illustrates the ongoing commitment of Télécom Paris and its partners to promote excellence in teaching and research. We look forward to the opportunities this partnership will create for students, faculty and the wider academic community.
