To find accommodation for your studies at Télécom Paris, there are several options:
- Go through the “guichet unique” (one-stop shop) which groups a number of residences on the Saclay plateau;
- Apply for student accommodation in one of the residences with which the School has a partnership agreement in Paris, Massy or Palaiseau;
- Apply to any other public or private residence;
- Choose accommodation in the private sector.
You will find below a map showing the different housing options:
The School endeavours, to the best of its ability, to help its students find the best accommodation solution. The range of accommodation on offer is intended to be as wide as possible to enable everyone to find the most suitable accommodation for their needs and abilities. The School is particularly keen to help you during the summer (but also during the school year) to find accommodation in the best conditions. However, demand is growing every year and we do our best to meet everyone’s expectations.
If you have any questions, you can contact us at housing.

Tips before signing your lease
For each residence, check which charges are included in the rent and which are yours (water, electricity, internet, etc.).
In addition, do not hesitate to ask someone to accompany you when you draw up the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, in order to avoid any disputes.
Some residences (CROUS in particular) favour the VISALE as a guarantee when taking up accommodation. You can make your request simply and quickly on the website VISALE.
