Information Quantique et Applications [IQA]

Les activités de l’équipe Information Quantique et Applications (IQA) portent sur des aspects théoriques et expérimentaux des communications quantiques. Les projets actuels concernent notamment le développement de nouveaux protocoles de cryptographie quantique dits hybrides, reposant sur des hypothèses computationelles, le design de systèmes de cryptographie quantique à variables continues, ainsi que des expériences orientées vers la réalisation de composants (distribution multi-utilisateurs d’intrication) et de systèmes de communications quantiques compatibles avec les réseaux de télécommunications optiques fibrés.

 

 

L’équipe participe au projet IQUPS de l’Université Paris-Saclay et entretient d’étroites collaborations avec les chercheurs de Paris Centre for Quantum Computing (PCQC), un groupement pluri-disciplinaire très actif de la région parisienne. L’équipe représente par ailleurs l’IMT en tant que membre fondateur et rapporteur, à l’ETSI QKD-ISG, travaillant sur la standardisation de la distribution quantique de clé (QKD).
