HybridEd Workshop 2019: Smart Data-Informed Blended Learning

Mardi 4 juin / Tuesday June 4, 2019 - Sorbonne Université, Campus Pierre et Marie Curie, 4 place Jussieu F-75005 Paris

The HybridED Workshop is an international workshop aiming at engaging researchers and practitioners from all over the world in discussions about the future of Hybrid Education. Benefiting from this increasing interest on re-using digital resources through hybrid or blended learning (BL) initiatives, the goal of this workshop is to create a space to share, document, and present the most recent research in tools and data analysis for supporting smart and advanced BL scenarios. The workshop will encourage attendees to share their BL scenarios and their metrics for success that guided their blended educational practices using MOOCs or other online resources as well as share the lessons learned from those promising practices that did not turn out as expected. The Program Committee will provide inspiring talks and participatory activities to encourage attendees to share their BL scenarios. The aim is to end up with a collection of documented cases of smart and advanced data-informed BL scenarios that might serve as a reference for other researchers and practitioners to reflect about the future of BL.
